Okay I’ll admit it, Ginnifer Goodwin (Gigi) was excruciating to watch at times. She was sooo terribly awkward, every encounter she had with perspective date and the couch scene with Justin Long (Alex) made me shudder. Sad but true I’ve known 100 Gigi’s, I’ve had thousands of convo’s just like the ones in HJNTIY; maybe he lost your number or maybe he’s out of town or maybe he has a wife…The ridiculous exchanges that real women Actually have trying to analyze why men behave the way they do is exposed in this movie. As painful as it to watch, the female cast portray dating reality a little too well.
I sat next to my man BFF in plush balcony seats with a dirty martini in hand on opening night of this film and relived several years of my early and mid-twenties; my counter part cringed and snickered at every awkward exchange, re-enforcing the uncomfortable truths playing out before our eyes. Brutal honesty and a star-studded cast makes HJNTIY a must see…especially if you are single! I would have liked to see a Johnathan Rhys Meyers or Joaquin Phoenix as Jen Anniston’s bf, Ben Affleck just didn’t make the cut; he should have been at home changing Violet’s diaper not shacking up with Jen. Brad Cooper (Ben) was smokin’ BTW, too bad that skank ScarJo got that on-screen hook up 
And the moral of this story is…If he’s into you he will make it happen. No ladies he’s not dead or gay…He’s Just Not That Into You, so move on.
